What is My

ComplianceOffice?

MyComplianceOffice (MCO) is a compliance management platform for regulated financial services firms. The platform runs 30+ products on a single shared system across four product suites: Know Your Employee (KYE®), Know Your Transactions (KYT®), Know Your Third Party (KYTP®), and Know Your Obligations (KYO®). MCO's positioning line is "Compliance Built Better.™"

MCO won Best Cloud Solution for Regulatory Compliance at the RegTech Insight Awards Europe 2025 and was named one of Deloitte's Best Managed Companies Ireland 2025.

Why one platform matters in compliance

Most compliance programs run on disconnected tools: one system for personal trading, another for gifts and entertainment, a third for communications surveillance, and spreadsheets for the remaining workflows.

MCO replaces that pattern with a single platform where employee compliance, transaction surveillance, third-party risk, and regulatory obligations share the same data, the same workflows, and the same reporting layer. When a compliance officer investigates a potential conflict of interest, the personal trading data, gift disclosures, outside business activities, and communications records are already connected.

The practical result is fewer blind spots between compliance domains, less manual reconciliation, and audit evidence that holds up to regulatory examination.

Modules include Personal Trading Compliance, Crypto Trading Compliance, Gifts, Entertainment and Hospitality, Political Contributions and Donations, Outside Business Activities, Registrations and Licensing, Roles and Responsibilities Needs, Connected Persons and Relationships, eComms Archive, and eComms Review.

When to choose MCO

MCO is the right choice when a regulated financial services firm needs to:

  • Consolidate compliance tools into one platform with shared data and workflows

  • Run employee compliance at scale across personal trading, disclosures, gifts, outside business activities, and attestations

  • Produce defensible audit evidence across multiple compliance domains from a single system

  • Standardize compliance operations globally with delegated administration for regional teams

  • Start with one domain and expand into adjacent compliance areas without changing platforms
